Loyalty Specialist Internship

 

Mission:

As a loyalty specialist (Internship) at our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.   

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify improvement opportunities and execute programs that strengthen our customer relationships.  

This position will provide you with an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of customer loyalty and contribute to our company's growth. 

 

What you´ll do

 

  • Create and execute loyalty campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and rewards programs. 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of loyalty campaigns and make recommendations to optimize their effectiveness. 

  • Maintain effective communication with customers to strengthen relationships and gather feedback. 

  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices in customer loyalty and propose enhancements to our programs

 

What you´ll need

 

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Demonstrated interest in customer loyalty and marketing. 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and CRM software is an advantage.
