Generation Galp existe desde 1998 y, cada año, integramos a jóvenes de alto potencial en Galp, mientras nos enfocamos en crear un equipo con conexiones sostenidas y duraderas. 

En este programa, que tiene una duración de 1 año, tendrás la oportunidad de vivir la cultura y los valores de la empresa, mientras conoces diferentes áreas que te darán una visión holística de tu futuro. Al mismo tiempo, también tendrá un programa de monitoreo específico y la posibilidad de participar en diversas actividades.

¿Sientes que tienes poco bagaje? No te preocupes, ¡para nosotros tienes todo lo que necesitas! Sólo necesitas querer marcar la diferencia y prepararte para ser un futuro líder, en una empresa que está en plena transformación en el sector energético.

Generation Galp es el programa adecuado para ti:

• Si ya ha terminado su licenciatura y / o está terminando su maestría;
