In P&O Business Office (includes the Upstream, Industrial and Hydrogen), the Planning&Control area is responsible for ensuring a robust financial management, high quality reporting, as well as monitor the major drivers and financial impacts.


What you’ll do

  • Preparation of the annual budget, challenging the assets, ensuring that the strategical goals defined for the group are incorporated;
  • Preparation, analysis and reporting of the monthly, quarterly and yearly results;
  • Perform analysis and forecasts, challenging the organization to anticipate impacts and promoting appropriate measures;
  • Monitor the financial execution of the projects and foster;
  • Preparation of the business information for corporate Investors Relations and Planning & Performance;
  • Perform financial analysis as a support for a high- quality and robust decision-making process;
  • Support month accounts closing activities
  • Participate in multidisciplinary projects with financial impact;
  • Assist the external auditors and other relevant external stakeholders.


What you’ll need

  • Highly motivated individuals with outstanding academic credentials and professional accomplishments (Economics/Management preferential);
  • At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role, with exposure to financial analysis;
  • Structured and analytical thinker, with excellent attention to detail; Results oriented and challenger;
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability and to connect well with stakeholders;
  • Team player, resilient and with strong business and personal ethics;
  • Good English language communication skills, oral and written.
