Project Engineering Manager

Mission

The role will be developed within PO development team, aiming to support the development of concepts and business opportunities through basic design and FEED for industrial projects under PO portfolio, namely for front end development and decision-making process with Decision Gates methodology until FID.

What you'll do

• To be part of PO development team on projects, leading engineering in the development industrial projects both on traditional oil & gas industry and on energy transition opportunities;
• Experience in delivering HSE in design and through project development;
• The Project Engineering Manager will support the Project Manager in development of design from concept through basic design development and through FEED to FID with opportunities to carry through execution on industrial projects in the energy transition and traditional energy sectors;
• The Project Engineering Manager will work with and coordinate cross functional engineering resources and activities to support the development of projects, since Conceptual Design, BEDP and FEED to FID;
• The Project Engineering Manager will assist PO Project Managers in developing studies and documentation that guide and support the development of projects through front end lifecycle gateways;
• Managing and working with suppliers to deliver scopes of work;
• To interact with various stakeholders internal and external as part of project development, namely in activities related to projects cost estimation and schedule.

What you'll need

• >5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager on projects;
• Engineering Management experience of leading Basic Design and FEED developments;
• Experience in energy sector projects (Power or Energy transition or oil & gas);
• Good understanding of front end delivery through BEDP and FEED development;
• Good understanding of projects in execution through Engineering Procurement and Construction;
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams;
• Degree / masters in engineering, science or project management.
