Safety Leadership & Culture




Reporting to the Head of HSSEQ Leadership&Culture Area, this position is to be part of a team and a journey in a company committed to becoming the safest energy company in the world. What you'll do 


  • Project manage safety leadership and culture programmes / implementation;
  • Co-design content for safety leadership and culture programmes / ongoing activities,
  • Facilitate safety leadership and culture meetings, workshops and TTTs;
  • Consult and advise senior management on safety leadership and culture;
  • Coach safety leaders;
  • Interface and Cultural broker - collaborate and align departments, business units and countries on organisation's commitment to safety. 


What you'll need 


  • At least 3 years of similar professional experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of leadership and culture methodologies and people-skills such as emotional intelligence;
  • Knowledge and practical experience of supporting an organisation develop their safety leadership and culture (ideally over a range of different organisations/projects);
  • Development and practice as an organisational performance / safety leadership coach;
  • An ongoing commitment to your own continuous education, development and growth as a safety leadership and culture practitioner;
  • Excellent 'people-skills' and high emotional / social intelligence;
  • Experienced in project / programme management;
  • Industry and/or major capital project experience an advantage;
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Portuguese and English language skills;
  • Willingness to travel for work.
