Mission

The mission of our team is to identify, cultivate, and manage meaningful partnerships in Iberia that drive innovation, enhance product and service offerings, and amplify the impact of our campaigns. The mission for this role is to further explore this opportunity in the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will be Spanish and living in Spain, where he/she will play a pivotal role in forging relationships that align with Galp’s vision, creating value through collaboration and through exploring Galp's connected energies' potential, and enabling the successful execution of initiatives that propel the company forward. 

 

What you´ll do

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners (mainly in Spain) that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Initiate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that maximize value for both parties.

Innovation & Strategic Planning:

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for innovative partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to leverage partnerships for the launch of new products, services, and campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to integrate partnership opportunities into impactful campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand values.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect, both internally and externally.

 

What you´ll need:

  •  Experience in driving innovation through partnerships and launching new products or services in Spain.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate in Portuguese.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends and leveraging insights to inform partnership strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Proactive in proposing and implementing actions to enhance the effectiveness of partnerships and campaigns.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
