Through a customer-centred approach, you will join the Commercial business unit that provides a complete and integrated offer, which includes oil products, natural gas, and electricity. Apart from these, it also offers convenience products and services and multi-energy proposals, such as charging stations for electric vehicles or decentralised solar energy solutions.

 

About your Future Team

The Remote Sales team is one of Galp's commercial drivers. It connects the company to customers remotely, combining technology, proximity and sales strategy. We are a dynamic, results-focused team that works with energy and creativity to identify business opportunities, support customers and develop new projects that boost sales. Here, every day is different: we work together to ensure impact and growth in the residential customer portfolio. Joining this team means learning first-hand how the commercial process works in a large company, developing skills in sales, communication and organisation. It is also an opportunity to experience the rhythm of a collaborative, motivated team that is always ready to innovate.

 

How will your day-to-day look like

  • Be present at our Contact Centre providers at least 2 days a week (Lisbon);
  • Develop and monitor projects and ensure regular follow-up with external service providers (Contact Centres) and internal team;
  • Support the analysis of sales indicators and reports;
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve sales/customer retention processes.

 

What makes you unique

  • Academic background in Management, Marketing or similar areas;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools;
  • Organisational skills, proactivity and teamwork;
  • Customer focus;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical skills;
