Professional Internship | Operations (Trading)

Mission

The Derivative Operations team provides overall support to all supply & trading activities, managing the contracts execution and minimizing the associated costs.

Responsabilities

• Execute and manage contracts negotiated by Procurement at the request of the market intelligence team;
• Validation of main contractual terms, price terms, pricing calculations and overall documentation;
• Execute settlements with external counterparties;
• Manage all issues, claims or incidents arising from contracts execution;
• Work closely with, corporate areas and all internal stakeholders to address key operational aspects, related with the contracts;
• End of Month activities, including accruals and intercompany invoicing. 

What you will need

• Knowledge in accounting;
• Knowledge in company ERP (SAP, S4G) and Microsoft Office tools;
• Good level of English;
• Be a results oriented person and motivated to deliver quality work;
• Curiosity and humility;
• Good communication skills and willing to find solutions.
