Generation Galp has been in existence since 1998 and currently includes over 500 employees who joined the company through the trainee program.

Year after year, young talents with high potential accept the challenge of embracing the Galp culture and joining a global team, united by lasting connections and focused on providing the energy people need for their daily lives.

Generation Galp is the right program for you if:

• You have completed your bachelor's degree and/or are completing your master's degree;
• You are interested in the energy sector;
• You are collaborative, enjoy meeting new people, and have the right energy;

• You have a desire to explore different areas within one program.
