About your future Team
As businesses rely more on cloud-native architectures, microservices, and automation, the role of observability becomes central to IT operations, DevOps, and service management. The Observability Specialist plays a key role in enabling this visibility and control, ensuring that systems are not only monitored but truly understood. To ensure the reliability, performance, and visibility of IT systems and services by implementing and maintaining robust observability solutions. The Observability Specialist will be instrumental in enabling proactive incident detection, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
How will your day-to-day look like:
- Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions across infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and manage monitoring dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows using CheckMK, Elastic Stack, and n8n.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define observability require-ments and ensure alignment with service level objectives.
- Analyze system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support incident and problem management processes by providing actionable in-sights and root cause analysis.
- Manage outsourcing services, including coordination with external vendors, per-formance monitoring, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Promote observability best practices and contribute to the evolution of monitoring strategies within the organization.
What makes you unique:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of IT Service Management best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, or observability roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing outsourcing services and vendor relationships.
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining observability platforms and automation workflows.
- Strong expertise in observability and automation tools, including (CheckMK; Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana); n8n (workflow automation); Grafana; Prometheus
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and integration.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and application performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management processes and tools.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory, due to regular interaction with international teams and external service providers.
- Spanish will be valued.
