About your Future Team
The Planning & Performance area's mission and objective is to define, monitor and consolidate Galp's budgeting, planning and control processes, challenge the performance of the Business Units/Corporate Centre and ensure their alignment with the Galp Group's strategic objectives.
You will join the Financial Planning & Performance team, whose main objective is to define the policies, guidelines and structure for the Group's planning and budgeting process, coordinate the exercise, evaluate performance and returns at BU and Group level to ensure alignment with the budget, and identify areas for improvement through the analysis of results, cash flow and capital employed.
You will have a cross-sectional view of the Group's activities and ongoing projects, and you will be in contact with the various departments and business units, which will give you a holistic view of the company.

How will your day-to-day look like
- Collaborate in the preparation and reporting of the Business Plan (short and long term) and forecasting exercises, in close coordination with the various Business Units;
- Prepare or support the preparation of monthly results reports;
- Perform analytical reviews of the accuracy of reported figures and analyse key deviations;
- Monitor, measure and challenge the performance of each business, including the respective KPIs.
