About your Future Team
The Planning & Performance area's mission and objective is to define, monitor and consolidate Galp's budgeting, planning and control processes, challenge the performance of the Business Units/Corporate Centre and ensure their alignment with the Galp Group's strategic objectives.
You will join the Investment Analysis team, whose main objective is to review and evaluate Galp's investments and main contracts, supervising the alignment of projects/businesses/contracts with Galp's strategic objectives and investment criteria.
You will have a cross-sectional view of the Group's main projects and contact with the various departments and business units, which will give you a holistic view of the company.

How will your day-to-day look like
Join a team that supports decision-making regarding the approval of new projects/businesses/contracts, ensuring alignment with Galp's strategic objectives and expected returns, capital allocation priorities and the desired portfolio:
- Prepare and issue opinions on the approval of new projects/businesses/contracts, or support the team in preparing these opinions, summarising the analysis carried out and the recommendations issued;
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Units to assess the operational and financial status of approved projects/businesses/contracts, highlight problems and propose corrective actions;
