You will join the Corporate Center, the operational hub supporting our business units to thrive, through a culture of collaboration. About your future Team
You will work on providing expert analytical, operational, and coordination support to the Office of the Chairperson, enabling high‑quality decision‑making, disciplined follow‑through on priorities, and seamless stakeholder engagement.
How will your day-to-day look like:
- Turn Chief of Staff priorities into clear workplans, tracking milestones, risks, and interdependencies across functions;
- Prepare briefings, memos, and board/executive materials with crisp narratives, data triangulation, and scenario implications;
- Run issue/decision analyses (qualitative and quantitative) for strategic topics; synthesize insights into 1–2 page decision notes;
- Coordinate governance rhythms and ensure timely, complete inputs from owners;
- Manage stakeholder mapping and communications for Chairman engagements (internal/external), ensuring message consistency;
- Drive special projects (time‑bound workstreams) from scoping through delivery, escalating blockers early;
- Maintain confidentiality and judgment, resolving ambiguous requests with minimal supervision;
- Support continuous improvement of Office of the Chairman ways‑of‑working (templates, playbooks, cadences).
What makes you unique:
- 5–8 years in strategy, corporate development, PMO, chief‑of‑staff office, or top‑tier consulting with exposure to C‑suite forums;
- Strong executive writing (EN/PT) and slide storytelling; advanced Excel/PowerPoint, comfortable with board‑level polish;
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, partner across functions, and deliver at pace under pressure;
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Engineering, Management, or related, Master’s a plus;
- High‑discretion individual with ability to do a strict handling of market‑sensitive and personal data, following company policy.
