About your future Team
T2D is looking to strengthen its team with a Coordinator for one of its Development Factories, who will be responsible for the technical and operational management of the deliveries of the respective multidisciplinary and multigeography team, in constant alignment with the other T2D areas (Architecture, Cyber, EAM and IOPS) and the business.
How will your day-to-day look like:
- Managing software delivery teams, integrated into the T2D Delivery area, with a permanent focus on Time2Market and phased deliveries (MVPs);
- Managing risks and issues: anticipating and removing blockages, implementing the necessary alternative solutions to ensure there is no impact on software delivery;
- Learning new technologies, understanding requirements and designing technical solutions, passing on this knowledge to the other areas of T2D;
- Accompanying and supporting IT projects that have an impact on their team;
- Ensuring capacity management - anticipating growth trends and proposing solutions to ensure the team required to deliver;
- Managing application outsourcing services, controlling the respective SLAs and penalties/incentives, with a view to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;
- Drawing up specifications for the acquisition of services or solutions, specifying/validating requirements in conjunction with T2D, Procurement, Risk & Legal.
What makes you unique:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in implementing and managing technological projects in complex business environments (reference: with +5000 employees);
- Proven experience in managing and implementing software with fullstack opensource technologies, with special emphasis on Nest.JS, Next.JS and Python, supported by NoSQL, as well as managing and implementing CI/CD pipelines based on IaC, Kubernetes and Github Actions;
- Customer focus and orientation, with a problem-solving mindset and proactive defence of solutions that benefit the company's systems and processes;
- Oral and written fluency in English;
- Experience in managing outsourced services, financial management of contracts/projects and drafting proposals/contracts;
- Certification in Project Management (Agile/Waterfall).
