Digital Product Owner

 

 

Mission

As a digital transformer/digital product owner, you will be responsible for designing and owning our full stack of commercial digital solutions. You will be a crucial player to our commercial digital strategy by identifying new digital products and potential development opportunities. We are counting on you!

 

 

What you will do

  • Lead Galp’s Commercial Digital Transformation initiatives;
  • Devise, create and/or deliver products that enhance the end-user experience by leveraging emerging technologies and trends;
  • Lead, as Product Owners, the implementation of our commercial digital solutions, being responsible for the creation of user stories and general documentation of each Digital Product;
  • Constantly Identify and evaluate potential product enhancement and development opportunities;
  • Identify and propose digitization opportunities within the commercial area and lead their implementation as part of Agile teams;
  • Identify new technology trends & business needs to drive our overall transformation (good awareness of competitors, trends and digital innovation in order to identify future opportunities);
  • Ensure global relevance by adapting requirements and eventual solutions to different geographies, regions and partner needs;
  • Work closely with global colleagues to drive economies of scale and common requirements as necessary;
  • Manage owned digital products performance regarding usage and funnel performance, assessing and incorporating customer feedback;
  • Monitor digital products technical performance, raising and following up issues with the technical teams;
  • Ideate state of the art UX/UI and monitor the development together with respective teams;
  • Collect feedback and validate solutions through a human centric approach.

 

 

What we are looking for

  • 3-7 years business/digital experience;
  • Highly motivated individuals with outstanding academic credentials and professional accomplishments;
  • Product development and digital native skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability and confidence to connect well with businesses partners, advisors and senior stakeholders;
  • Passionate and ambitious self-starter, taking ownership of projects, with a strong drive for excellence;
  • Independent thinker with the ability to identify problems and contribute to the development of alternative solutions;
  • Team player, resilient and with strong business and personal ethics;
  • Fluent English, both verbally and written.

Dentre os pontos positivos de trabalhar na Galp/Petrogal, destaco o bom tratamento com os colaboradores, sempre humanizado e com a compreensão que em certos momentos da vida são necessários, a parceria entre os colegas, reconhecimento do trabalho executado e sólido portfólio.
