Leadership Specialist



What you´ll do:


  • Participate on the creation & development of the "Leader@Galp" manifesto
  • Take part of the definition of leadership values & skills frameworks according to targets (Top Leadership; Managers 2 Leaders; Future Leaders)
  • Contribute to the development of a Culture Evangelist Role-model screenplay for Top Leaders
  • In combination with the Talent Team, frame a succession plan for Leadership positions
  • Induce and feed the change management plan with the role of Leadership on our transformation journey
  • In combination with the Talent Acquisition Team, develop tools, assessments and criterias in order to create a transparent and competitive gate system for leadership progression/access/sourcing
  • Responsible to build the development offer for each of the leadership segments identified
  • Develop and nurture the concept of Leader coach, Leader mentor and Peer 2 Peer Assist
  • Embeb and care about DEI in the leadership landscape progressing towards gender parity by 2030 (Lead Her program)
  • Manage and take care of eNPS of Development Programmes, metrics and success measurements
  • Grant that the logistics and operationalization of the programs are effective and efficient
  • Act as broker for the specific target groups/programs
  • Embed a owners mind set regarding budgeting


What you’ll need:


  • At least 5 years experience in Managing Leadership Development programs
  • Very good communication skils
  • Strong Collaboration skills to work within a Tribe organization
  • Good Knowledge of Digital Tools within the Leadership Development perimeter and interfaces with TMP
  • Results and performance driven   
  • Proven Fluency in English
