Learning Experience Designer

 

Reporting to the head Performance, Learn & Grow cluster, this position is to be part of a team in a company committed to be the best place to work.

As an LED you will integrate an effective L&D ecosystem and contribute to create a worthy centric learning culture that is aimed at solving today’s most pressing people needs regarding career & development. You will have the chance to develop, upskill and reskill our teams through the design and implementation of meaningful recommended learning journeys, creating innovative offers that can be scaled and can impact business results in a transformational context.
In this journey, you´ll work closely with the whole learning & development ecosystem, crafting experimental, social and formal experiences in collaboration with the business key stakeholders, talent brokers, HRBPs among other interveners.

 

What you'll do

  • Understand the organization strategy and works with key stakeholders within the organization to capture the current and future capability needs of the Business Units under his/her scope, diagnose business objectives / problems to structuring the learning requirements/priorities for different personas / roles, using different approaches.
  • In partnership with different key stakeholders (from business, digital learning space, talent brokers, HRBP, external provider, etc.), is responsible to design, and plan different human centric and engaging learning journeys / programs/contents in a variety of formats, providing specialist learning advice / recommendations and solutions that truly impact business performance. Should be able to understand the skills, knowledge and the attitude gaps of a targeted audiences to create, select and suggest learning experiences that close the gaps.
  • Analyze and advocate the best curation content through the different tools/resources available within the learning ecosystem (understanding essential career skills based on comprehensive skills data) to bring flexible, affordable, and job-relevant virtual and in-person learning solutions 
  • Contribute to change mind-sets insight Galp, educating and preparing individuals for modern workplace learning, influencing key stakeholder within business to be able to support learning in their teams
  • Support individuals as well to manage their own professional development giving them guidance on how to take the best advantage of a democratized learning ecosystem which provides them, amongst other solutions, a self-managed service. 
  • Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to program leads and design teams 
  • Analyses and evaluates the quality and the success of all training solutions, measuring learning impact on the bottom line of the Organization in order to improve the engagement and the learning experience, being also responsible to incorporate, through these inputs, relevant elements for the maintenance of the different learning solutions, 
  • Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of learning solutions to ensure value for money and impact of investment is understood
  • Contact and manage different vendors with whom will have to deal/ relate with.
