People Digital Transformation Lead





As a consequence of the evolving people strategy agenda at Galp, we are seeking to hire a People Digital Transformation Lead, this element will be the People department lead for our digital IT transformation, a key pillar for the People Team strategy in the comming years. His/her mission will consist of taking Galp's People IT Systems to a state of the art ecosystem, with a clear focus on reinventing and providing the best Employee Experience (UX/UI) possible. 


What you´ll do:


• Define the future people IT systems architecture together with the People Leadership Team                                                                                                                                                                                                  •  Define and own the IT people strategy roadmap and execution oversight
•  Benchmark and Maintain an inventory of current technology offerings and evaluate emerging technology solutions for different HR Processes (Performance Mgt., Talent Mgt. & Marketplace, Career Mgt., Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Apps, etc)  to determine which solutions may be most beneficial to the organization’s long-term goals;
•  Work with external vendors and internal development (IT&D) teams towards building tailor made solutions to accomplish the new People Department Tech ecosystem
•  Work collaboratively and Manage multiple cross-organization stakeholders and projects, with special focus towards IT& Digital and Data Offices 
•  Be a change manager – ensuring the alignment and systems readiness between existing systems and new layers added – and people transition, managing adaptation to the ecosystem 
•  Work as an evangelist – sharing best practices and co-creating across all people organization 
•  Assume an expert role in all transformation topics that enable the department growth trough an evolving Technological landscape 


What you’ll need:


• Experience within an HR department especially if linked to modernization/transformation of legacy systems that had to evolve to enable a superior employee experience                        

• Design Thinking experience, especially on journey mapping and personas
• Strategic mind, able to understand how to integrate multiple systems  
• IT Architecture knowledge with a deep understanding on front-end applications integration in suite like SAP systems 
• Knowledgeable about “best of breed” HR platforms
• A proven Leader –  with the ability to influence and inspire others 
• Portuguese speaker a plus, English speaker a must
