People Specialist (rewards)

 

What you'll do
•  Support the design and implementation of recognition and reward processes;
•  Research national & international markets (where Galp Operates) to ensure our reward practices are fair and competitive;
•  Develop and keep up-to-date benchmark and market trends analysis, to reinforce the motivation and development of our talent;
•  Participate in internal equity review analysis in order to ensure equity principles;
•  Prepare documentation, within the scope of the reward team, to guide decision making;
•  Participate in transversal projects of People Team (or others).

 

 

What you'll need

 

•  Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Economics, Management or similar;

•  Have +5 years of relevant experience in activities related to rewards/ Compensation &Benefits, in Multinational/International context (preferred);

•   Analytical thinking and data analysis skills will be an asset;

•   Knowledge in SAP HR and SAP Success Factors (preferred);

•   Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

•   Concern with rigor and meeting deadlines;

•   Proficiency in English language;

•  Good team player, resilient, able to collaborate, solve problems and discuss challenges!
