Professional Internship - People Data Analyst
Mission:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data analysis and human resources to join our team as a Junior People Data Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our HR and talent management departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to our employees and workforce. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, possesses strong analytical capabilities, and is enthusiastic about making data-driven contributions to enhance our organization's talent management strategies. What you'll do:
- Collect, clean, and organize employee-related data from various sources, such as HR operational systems, performance management systems, surveys, and other relevant databases;
- Assist in designing and implementing data collection processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting;
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present key HR KPIs and insights to stakeholders;
- Utilize data visualization tools (PowerBI) to create compelling visuals that facilitate understanding and decision-making for non-technical audiences;
- Collaborate with senior data analysts to create comprehensive reports on HR trends and insights;
- Support the monitoring and tracking of HR metrics to evaluate workforce trends;
- Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis and recommend actionable solutions;
- Participate in data governance initiatives to maintain data quality and accuracy;
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with data;
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and a strong desire to learn and develop analytical skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with cross-functional teams and learning from experienced professionals;
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Excel or SQL is a plus.
