Project Manager

Mission

The role will be developed within PO front end Developent portfolio, aiming to support the developent of concepts and business opportunities through basic design and FEED for industrial projects under PO portfolio, namely for front end development and decision-making process with Decision Gates methodology until FID.

What you’ll do

• To be part of PO Developent team preparing, supporting the developent of idealisation of concepts and business opportunities, supporting feasibilities and leading the Basic Design development and FEED development to FID for industrial projects both on traditional oil & gas industry and on energy transition opportunities;
• Project Manager for Basic design and FEED that support project development through front end development to FID;
• To be part of energy transition projects as well as traditional energy projects that support Galp;
• To assist PO project managers in developing studies and documentation that guides and supports the development of projects through front end lifecycle gateways;
• Managing and working with suppliers to deliver scopes of work;
• To interact with various stakeholders internal and external as part of project development.

What you'll need

• >5 years of experience in front end development projects as a Project Manager;
• Project management experience of leading Basic Design and FEED developments;
• Experience in energy sector projects (Power or Energy transition or oil & gas);
• Good understanding of front end delivery through BEDP and FEED development;
• Good understanding of projects in execution through Engineering Procurement and Construction;
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams;
• Degree / masters in engineering, science or project management.
