What you´ll do

  • Manage full cycle recruitment processes, being it internal or trough external sources - being able to distinguish and prioritize sources based on tangible Data
  • Ensure a top notch recruitment experience and process both to our candidates and internal stakeholders, from People Business Partners to the Hiring Managers
  • Be a key Point of Contact for the business in all recruitment needs, acting as an advisor of the business lines
  • Ensure we have a robust process, while contributting to the area and wider company best practices on how to recruit
  • Analyse data and make decisions based on that – you are Data Driven and work data as a key source of your work 
  • Keep a good relation with all our key stakeholders, internal or external, from but not limited to our Directors, Managers and recruitment providers               

                        

What you’ll need:

  • Academical qualifcations at University level (Bsc or superior) 
  • A required minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition in Leading Companies
  • Expertise on recruitment to a wide variety of roles, from but not limited to Strategy, Procurement and Technological profiles 
  • High expertise on Energy business, renewables a higly valued plus
  • You must be proactive, a go getter, self driven and with a strong sense of urgency with strong priotization skills
  • You are a communicator and a master at stakholder management 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, Portuguese language knowledge is a plus
