Treasury Specialist - Payments
Mission
The Treasury department occupies an essential role in the finances of the modern company. It takes responsible for the company’s liquidity—ensuring that a company always has enough cash available to meet the needs of its primary business operations. In Payments area, there is a commitment to ensure that all obligations assumed are fulfilled. With this purpose, many processes are used to ensure efficiency & control in all operations carried out. The role:
- Managing daily basis accounts payable processes for several corporate entities in different geographies (suppliers, taxes, salaries, other entities, etc.);
- Auditing and processing of employees travel and expense claims to ensure compliance with travel management policies;
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to accomplish role objectives;
- Understanding procedures in place, while promoting changes to adapt to internal needs and to new market opportunities, ensuring state of the art processes are in place;
- Participation in transversal projects that contribute to process improvement, innovation and automation.
What we are looking for:
- Academic qualifications at the Bachelor / Master level, preferably in the area of Accounting, Management, Economics or Finance or equivalent;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions;
- Good knowledge of Excel (mandatory factor) and Power BI (preferred factor);
- Knowledge and experience in SAP - FI (preferred factor);
- Fluency in English (mandatory factor);
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- High organization capacity and problem-solving skills;
- Great rigor and focus on day-to-day work;
- High analytical capacity and attention to detail.
