With a customer-centric approach, you will be part of the Commercial business unit, which offers a complete and integrated range of products, including petroleum products, natural gas and electricity. In addition to these, it also offers convenience products and services and multi-energy proposals, such as charging points for electric vehicles or decentralised solar energy solutions.

 

About your Future Team

The mission of the Quality & Technical Product Care area is to ensure the high quality and safety of Galp's oil products and services:

  • To respond to all the needs of the Commercial area regarding the application, quality and safety in the use of products and operation of services for our customers in Portugal, Spain and internationally;
  • You will work in a multidisciplinary team, based in Lisbon, Matosinhos and Madrid, focused on improving our customers' experience by promoting products and services that create value for them;
  • We have a strong team spirit and promote opportunities for development and learning. 

 

How will your day-to-day look like 

  • You will assist in the organisation and learn how to manage customer service teams;
  • You will learn how to optimise and create excellence in the services provided;
  • You will learn how to develop the value proposition of customer services;
  • Development of the value proposition for new services;
  • You will learn how to create technical communication related to the services provided;
  • You will assist and learn to train the Sales Team on the Galp services available by customer segment. 

 

What makes you unique

  • Academic background in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • Passion for the commercial area;
  • Attention to detail and communication skills;
  • Resilience;
  • Knowledge of English.
