You will join the Corporate Center, the operational hub supporting our business units to thrive, through a culture of collaboration. About your future Team

 

We are seeking a junior attorney to handle legal matters related to the natural gas sector, with a focus on regulatory analysis and matters and contracts related to natural gas trading (with a particular focus on working with distributors and the industrial/open market), as well as knowledge of transportation and distribution contracts. 

 

How will your day-to-day look like: 

 

• Providing legal support on regulatory matters, contracts and negotiations in the natural gas sector and petroleum derivatives;
• Researching legislation and case law;
• Drafting letters, legal opinions, contracts and legal communications;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (mainly GSAs);
• Providing support for day-to-day operations of internal clients and liaising with them.
 

What makes you Unique:

 

  • Required:

    • Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar membership);
    • Previous experience in the natural gas sector and/or in the upstream industry;
    • Advanced English.
     

    Nice to have:

    • Background in the regulatory area;
    • Experience with access to essential facilities ("escoamento, processamento and terminal GNL") and transportation.
