CLT Maintenance Supervisor

You will joint the Industrial business unit that includes the refining, logistics, and cogeneration activities in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as the project to transform the Sines refinery through green hydrogen and biofuels.
About your future Team
Integrated into the CLT team, the role will be responsible for planning, supervising and coordinating maintenance operations specific to the activity of the Sines oil terminal. The position will report to the Maintenance Manager. The work will be carried out in accordance with applicable norms and standards, with a high degree of autonomy and interaction with different areas, contributing to the effective functioning of the maintenance and operations teams, as well as to the maximum safety of people and equipment and to excellence in the maintenance function at the Sines terminal.
How will your day-to-day look like:
Equipment condition monitoring;
Participation in the design and development of analytical predictive maintenance models;
Creation and implementation of Preventive Maintenance Plans to ensure high levels of safety and to optimise equipment performance in terms of cost, reliability and operability;
Diagnosis of failures or disturbances to determine their root causes and definition of corrective actions;
Development, monitoring and updating of reliability indicators;
Participation in the preparation, improvement and updating of Reliability procedures and processes;
Preparation of technical specifications for Service Provision / Reliability contracts and reliability improvement investment projects;
Management of external maintenance teams and contractors;
Ensuring on-call technical support to the terminal;
Preparation of tender processes and technical specifications, follow-up of the procurement phase and on-site management.
What makes you unique:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred);
Level IV Technical Professional Qualification in Mechanical or Electromechanical fields, with more than 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
Availability to work shifts (mandatory);
Experience with SAP, particularly in the use of the SAP Maintenance module (preferred);
User-level IT skills (Microsoft Office);
Knowledge of English;
Professional experience in maritime terminals (preferred);
Valid Category B driving licence.
